General Policy
Items can be exchanged / refunded within 14 days of product arrival, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receipt or order number must be produced to show proof of purchase in Singapore, and delivery costs will need to be borne by customer. For refunds, we will refund the amount to customer after deducting delivery costs.
For hygiene purposes, Huxley, Monstergim, Kemy, Shine K and Sugar Bubble products, are non-exchangeable after the 14 day period. However, you can request for a refund if the products are not up to satisfaction, and must be done within the year of purchase. Each household can request for a refund of up to 1 time only in a 12-month span from date of purchase. Excessive orders and requests for refunds may be denied at our discretion.
In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. Goods sold at the Baby Fair is not exchangeable or returnable.
For defective items or goods damaged upon delivery, do contact us directly and we can assist in getting a replacement or you.
Incorrect Item Delivered
For any wrong item, we will provide the correct item and retrieve the incorrect item at our cost. An exchange can be provided, or a refund may be processed based on customer preference.

JJOBI Warranty
JJOBI provides a 1-year local warranty for any faulty item. We will provide free repair for faulty parts and ensure that it functions well. However, where repair is not possible, we will then collect back the faulty item and provide a replacement for you, at no extra cost.
